denshe.shop is operated by DeNshe Jewellery, Anand, Gujarat, India. By using this site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and shipping & returns pages.

Products

Each piece is described as carefully as we can. Colours and finishes can look a little different on different screens. Stock is limited; a piece may sell while you are browsing. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. DeNshe Jewellery accepts it when payment is confirmed and we begin packing. We may cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, a detail looks incorrect, or we cannot complete payment or delivery — and we will let you know.

Payment

Online payment, when available, is processed securely through our payment partner. Until online payment is open on denshe.shop, we will guide you gently on how to complete your order.

Your account of the visit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. Please keep your devices and email safe; we are not responsible for access that comes from your side.

Intellectual property

The DeNshe Jewellery name, mark, photographs, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Liability

We take care with every order. To the extent allowed by Indian law, DeNshe Jewellery is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a purchase, beyond the value of the order concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Anand, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
