Shipping & returns.

Where we ship
DeNshe Jewellery ships across India from Anand, Gujarat. We currently do not ship outside India.
Charges
Standard shipping is ₹80 on orders below ₹999. Shipping is complimentary on orders of ₹999 and above.
Dispatch
Orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 4 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time after that depends on your PIN code and the courier. You will receive tracking details by email or message when they are available.
Mystery boxes
Mystery boxes follow the same shipping rates and dispatch window. The pieces inside are chosen for you after you order; they are not returnable for a different selection once the box has been opened, unless something arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns & exchanges
If a piece arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, write to denshe1713@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund for DeNshe Jewellery’s error.
Because many pieces are one of a kind or packed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit preference, or colour difference on screen once a parcel has been opened. Unopened orders may be discussed case by case — please write to us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days after we confirm the return. Shipping is not refunded unless the return is because of our mistake.
